The storied journey of Kolte-Patil Developers Limited started with Late Mr. Aniruddha Patil, our visionary Founder setting up real estate business in Jalgaon, Maharashtra in the year 1970. Late Mr. Aniruddha Patil, fondly referred to as AVP by Kolte-Patilites started the real estate development business in Jalgaon with a vision to offer plotting development, row houses, and bungalows to home buyers at value pricing with an emphasis on quality.

Both the sons of Late Mr. Aniruddha Patil, Mr. Rajesh Patil (Managing Director) and Late Mr. Naresh Patil (Promoter) were interested in the real estate business since early days and were learning the ropes from AVP while pursuing their education. Post his graduation, Late Mr. Naresh Patil, believed Pune popularly known as ‘Queen of Deccan India’, was a city best suited to nurture and expand their real estate business after evaluating business development opportunities and set up the expansion roadmap. In the year, 1989, under the leadership of Mr. AVP, Kolte-Patil established base in Pune.

In the year 2005-2006, Mr. Rajesh Patil took charge of various initiatives at group level including new tie ups with private equity, public listing, building the brand and strengthening the board. Mr. Milind Kolte (Promoter), who is the Brother-in-law of the managing director and promoter joined the Company in 1991 and focused on the execution front and strengthening various functions of the Company.

Mr. Rajesh Patil, Managing Director

Mr. Rajesh Patil holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Mysore. He has been associated as promoter with the company since its inception. He has more than 30 years' experience in the real estate business for business development, land procurement, funding requirements and strategy. He believes future belongs to only those developers with a brand equity built on corporate governance, innovation and execution.

Late Mr. Naresh Patil, Promoter

Late Mr. Naresh Patil held a degree in Commerce from University of Pune. He had more than 30 years of experience in real estate development including company level strategy, Legal framework and safety. He was also instrumental in the Company’s geographical diversification initiatives, having started the Bengaluru operations in 1994. He believed Kolte-Patil had always acted like a specialized developer not an aggregator, making investments in active assets like people, processes, equipment and technology.

Mr. Milind Kolte, Promoter

Mr. Milind Kolte holds a degree in Law from the University of Amravati and a degree in Commerce from University of Nagpur. He has a total experience of more than 30 years in Real Estate industry for legal matters, operations, procurement, liasoning and planning of construction activity.
