The Present EOI is nontransferable, and shall be applicable only for the Present Project.
The EOI shall become deļ¬nitive only after the completion of the process of Final Allotment/Booking.
Complete details of the Applicant along with Self-attested proof of address and Pan Card copy along with the booking token amount should be immediately provided on allotment of the unit.
The agreement of the Booked Unit to be executed & registered within 15 days from the date of Allotment/Booking.
All offerings are subject to management discretion & are for limited period.
