NOTE 18A: TERMS, RIGHTS & RESTRICTIONS ATTACHED TO EQUITY SHARES
The Company has only one class of equity shares having a face value of H10 per share. Accordingly, all equity shares
rank equally with regards to dividends & share in the Company’s residual assets. The equity shares are entitled to receive
dividend as declared from time to time. Each holder of equity shares is entitled to one vote per share. In the event of
liquidation of the Company, the holder of equity shares will be entitled to receive the remaining assets of the Company,
after distribution of all preferential amount. The distribution will be in proportion to the number of equity shares held by
the shareholders.
