Scheduled for a mid-2009 opening, construction has begun on the Phase 1 comprising of 98 Studio and Suite type Service Apartments, an Amenities Area of approx. 30,000 sq ft. earmarked for retail space and a state of the art Health Club. Phase 2 would see another 106 Apartments of 1 Bedroom and 2 Bedroom configurations get added to the inventory.
