Among the largest in the city, the hotel would feature 3 restaurants, a 24 hour Coffee Shop, a state-of-the-art Health Club, Indoor Swimming Pool, Business Centre, Private Club Lounge etc. The facilities and amenities in the rooms would truly give a new dimension to hospitality in the city.


Hosur Road, Bengaluru:
With an Art Deco landmark comprising 300 Rooms and 160 Apartments, Kolte-Patil Developers Limited will give Bengaluru its largest hotel. Scheduled to open by mid 2011, the 4-Star hotel will compete directly with 5-Star and luxury hotels in the city in terms of design, style, comfort, amenities and service standards.

Construction has begun on the Phase 1 comprising of 98 Studio and Suite type Service Apartments, an Amenities Area of approx. 30,000 sq ft. earmarked for retail space and a state of the art Health Club.
